Santa Fe Catholic High School Track, Interval Workouts

(SORRY not till Spring) George Jenkins High School track at 6 pm for speed work. 400m and 800m.

Thursday:

March 20th start) Johnson St. Fla. Southern College, 6pm for hill repeats. 1/4 mi.x 10 = 7 plus miles.

Saturday:

6:15 am, Hollingsworth Park parking lot @ boat ramp for an easy 5 to 7 around several lakes.

Sunday:

6:am sharp, for long runs of all speeds and distances around the "six lakes" courses.

Lakeland Runners Club Inc. Mission Statement:: To promote running and fitness for runners of all ages and abilities in the community through fellowship, education and formal & informal running events. Monthly meetings are open to all Lakeland Runners Club members and guests. Our meetings are held on the second Thursday evening of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Youth and Family Center of the Lakeland YMCA, Cleveland Heights Blvd., Lakeland. Informative speakers provide excellent information on an enhancing your running. Food and beverages are provided.
